Role Overview

As an Executive – Web Development, you will contribute to building and maintaining high-quality web applications for Deloitte’s internal and client-facing platforms. The role involves working closely with developers, designers, and product teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.

You will be part of a collaborative environment that emphasizes best practices, performance, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to build modern web applications
• Develop scalable and user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies
• Maintain code quality and follow development best practices
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and functionality

Eligibility & Skills Required

This role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Required skills:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Understanding of modern front-end development practices
• Experience with state management using Redux or Context API
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using React with TypeScript
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jest or React Testing Library
